OFFENCES

PUNISHMENT/PENALTY

1.

Stealing/Thievery, Assault, Fighting, Forgery of documents, Drugs/alcohol, Cultism

Any student found guilty of any of the above misconduct or found in possession of any item that is not his or hers shall be liable to:

RUSTICATION & EXPULSION from both the Department & the College.

Pregnancy during the Training

Any student found pregnant during the training or a male student that impregnates a female student shall be liable to

* EXPULSION from the Department and the school.

* But for the female student, that is married shall be liable to one year demotion.

3.

Improper / Indecent dressing :

e.g. Colored hair, use of unprescribed foot wear, Ankle chain, wrist bands, Necklace, Nose ring, Loud ear rings,  unkempt hair or long braid touching your white shirt, Heavy make-up, dressing without Tie, Flying of shirts within the college premises, use of ear piece while on uniform e.t.c  

Such offender shall be made to submit such items, without return with an apology letter. If in any way the act repeats itself the student is liable to Dismissal from the Department.

Indecent Behavior or Act outside the school: e.g indulging in practice of yahoo (fraud), hookup, cultism, prostitution e.t.c

Any student found guilty in these regard shall be liable to RUSTICATION & EXPULSION from the department and the school.

5.

Use of Vulgar / Insulting languages, and deformation of character:

Any student found guilty of using Vulgar and insulting words on other students or staff shall be liable to Warning in the first instance, followed by Suspension and if the act persists, the student will be Dismissed from the department.

6.

Truancy :

Staying away from school without permission or regularly coming late for classes.

Anyone found guilty of this act shall be liable to Warning, Suspension and Dismissal from the department depending on the gravity of the offence.

7.

Examination malpractices and Impersonation in examination:

e.g use of materials, phone, in the examination, sorting lectures for marks either in cash or in kind.

Any student found guilty of such offence, shall be liable to Demotion for one year, Rustication or Expulsion. Depending on the gravity of the offence.

Others: such as…..

Violation of Instruction and other general misconduct e.g. not involving in sweeping and keeping the class neat, loitering around the school premises and disturbing the peace of the class/school e.t.c.

Any student found guilty of such offence shall be liable to Suspension and Dismissal depending on the gravity of the offence. But if it is violation of sweeping, she shall be made to sweep the class alone for Two weeks.
